The Team
Our teams are exclusively formed by coaches certified by the International Coach Federation, having:
Experience and professional seniority
All the elements of the team have experience and seniority in coaching, workshops facilitation and transformational programs, in the component in which they participate.
Certified coaching training
All selected coaches for our projects have a minimum level of PCC certification (Professional Certified Coach, with a minimum of 750 hours of coaching, besides a strong training in coaching).
Knowledge of the business context
One of the main criteria for selecting the project team members is their strong knowledge of the contexts and challenges that the companies’ management levels face, either through their vast professional experience in companies from various sectors, or through team leadership experience.
